A challenge has ended and now I must start a new one! This is a weekly challenge, I am going to challenge myself starting Monday on eating healthy. No cheat days, no fried foods, and no beer! This is going to be a tough challenge but im going to keep the challenge going for myself. Im challenging myself to start eating clean and feeling good. I want to try it for 21 days because I heard that doing it for 21 days makes it a habit and thats what I want it to be. I want my healthy eating to become a healthy living.
